Classes and Groups

Classes are regularly held on a donation basis at the Church. They may be taught by Church staff or members, as well as by outside teachers. There is usually a suggested minimum donation. Below you can scroll through current offerings:

A FREE CLASS IN THE YOGA SUTRAS OF PATANJALI – led by Jane Kopp – begins Thursday, February 14, at 6pm. Copies of the translation and commentary to be used, How to Know God, are now available in the bookstore and will be available at the first class meeting.

Dream Group
Two ongoing Dream Groups meet at the church every other Saturday morning and every other Thursday evening. The groups are loosely based on Jeremy Taylor's excellent book Where People Fly and Water Runs Uphill (recommended but not required). Other approaches to dream work are also appreciated and valued. At meetings people share a bit about themselves and give a brief summary of a dream. Two or three dreams from the collection are then chosen to be worked with in a non-judgmental way. Exciting and surprising revelations emerge through the process not only for the dreamer but also for other participants. Newcomers are welcome at any time. Suggested donation is $5 per meeting.
